Delivery Process Policy for Vickyframes

At Vickyframes, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible service. Please read our delivery process policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

Delivery Process:

Once the product has been shipped, it is under the due responsibility of the Buyer to have a note of the delivery and have their respective communications.
We deliver only through our 3rd party delivery partners.
A Tracking ID will be provided once the product shipping is confirmed. So from that moment, the responsibility is with the Courier Delivery Partner, and the company has the responsibility of delivery to the delivery partner and giving the purchasing customer the intimation regarding the tracking ID.
The attempts made by the delivery partner are bound to be under the delivery partner's responsibility.
Remember that the Cash on Delivery option is not available, so as the products reach the destination of the purchasing customer, the delivery can't be refused, and the refund can't be expected from the company.
Please note that this policy is subject to change without notice. If you have any questions or concerns about our delivery process policy, please contact our customer support team.
However, if any product is delivered that is not the same as per your original order or is delivered in a damaged condition; the same will be replaced by us at no extra cost or a refund. Which ever is applicable
